64 Media works closely with clients to develop a tailored public relations strategy based on one of our three service levels. We roll the strategy out over an agreed time frame, fine-tuning the approach as required and regularly reporting back on the results.
Depending on the service level chosen, our public relations strategy may contain the following key components:
In conjunction with our clients, we build and implement workable strategy documents which map and timeline their media activity. We also build a media distribution list for our clients and help them to prepare media kit material including company backgrounders, biographies and press photos.
64 Media helps clients to establish and/or maintain productive relationships right across their preferred media targets. In partnership with our clients, we organise, manage and host press conferences and media events.
We also help our clients to gain editorial exposure across either or both the financial services trade press and the mainstream finance media. Our services include preparing and distributing press releases, developing and selling in stories and story angles and helping our clients to prepare and place publication quality copy.
64 Media follows up approaches to journalists, monitors the coverage our clients receives and manages press clippings files on their behalf. We also prepare regular reports which include campaign results analysis. To gauge the value of our campaigns we apply advertising value equivalency (AVE). AVE assesses the dollar value of the coverage our clients receive against the cost of related advertising space.

64 Media charges all clients a one-off fee to prepare a PR Strategy Document. Clients can then choose from Basic, Value and Premium service levels to roll out the strategy. Fees for each service level are charged monthly in advance and services must be retained for a specified minimum period. Please contact us if you would like to discuss our service levels and fees.
